Delivery

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our deliveries are sent out by post, courier or with a haulier. Depending on the delivery type chosen and sometimes will require a signature. For this reason, someone will normally need to be at the delivery address to accept the goods. We can also deliver your order to a workplace, friend's or relative's address if you provide this as your delivery address when ordering.

Any undelivered items that are not collected within the timeframes set out in 'The Delivery Process' will be returned to us and a redelivery charge would apply.

Standard UK parcel deliveries take 1-10 working days, it normally arrives within 4 working days.

THE DELIVERY PROCESS

We have partnered Royal Mail and a number of the UK's leading couriers and hauliers to carry out the delivery of your order.

ROYAL MAIL will normally attempt a delivery to your neighbour if you are unavailable unless you have given prior instructions to Royal Mail against this. If delivery is unsuccessful you should be left a card to advise that the parcel will be available to collect from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office. However, if you are expecting an item please check with your neighbours and sorting office whether they have received your item as on some occasions the postman may not have been able to leave a card. If the parcel is not collected within 18 days it will be returned to us and a redelivery charge would apply to resend this to you.

COURIERS are used based on the product attributes (dimensions, weights, material...). The courier will normally attempt a delivery to your address only, unless instructions have been given to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. If the courier is unable to deliver, a card will be left with details of how you can re-schedule to a suitable day. Should this redelivery also be unsuccessful the parcel will be held at the local depot for collection within 5 working days before being returned to us and a redelivery charge would apply to resend this to you.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, during the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day. For example, Next Working Day orders placed after 12pm on Friday and on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday (excluding public holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. Where Monday is a public holiday your order will be processed on Tuesday.

In the case of orders paid by card or through Google Checkout, you will only be charged for goods once they have been despatched from our warehouse and only one delivery charge will be applied to the order even if we send more than one parcel. When paying using PayPal, the full amount will be debited from your account at the time of placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm despatch. If you have selected a Next Working Day service this email will also include details of how to track the delivery of your parcel. Tracking will not normally be available for orders sent on the Standard Delivery service.

Delivery estimates for your order are based on the delivery service levels provided by Royal Mail, the couriers and hauliers but should be treated as a guide only. We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries including, but not limited to, those caused by any third party, fire, flood, mechanical breakdown, adverse weather or the recipient not being available to sign at the time of delivery.

RETURNS

The returned tiles must be in full boxes. All tiles must be undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging. We can't accept returns on unboxed or damaged tiles.

The tiles must be sent to our store address. Please ensure that you wrap the tiles very well as if they arrive damaged, we won't be able to proceed with a refund.

We'll credit and refund you once your order arrives at our warehouse and has been checked through. There is a 25% restocking charge, this is to cover some of our warehouse & office costs. Refunds normally take 3 working days, but it can be longer to reach your account

To start a return, you can contact us via the form on the website. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages / Incorrect Deliveries

If you notice any damages, it must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. If your order is incorrect, you must notify us within 2 working days and we will happily send out any replacements as soon as possible.
